110,000-140,000 We're partnering with a manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Plant Controller to support plant financial performance and partner closely with operations leadership. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, forecasting, inventory costing, and driving business decisions through analytical insights. Key Responsibilities for Plant Controller Lead plant costing activities, including inventory costing, financial analysis, and reporting. Partner with operations leadership to improve productivity, profitability, and overall financial performance. Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including sales, expenses, inventory, cash flow, and capital planning. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support audit, tax, and internal control requirements. Analyze business trends and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications for Plant Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or plant-controlling experience. Strong background in manufacturing, costing, inventory analysis, and financial forecasting. CPA designation preferred.
