100,000-120,000 Controller Position Summary Our client is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead daily accounting operations and provide financial leadership for a growing organization. This role will oversee accounting staff, drive month-end close activities, support intercompany accounting, and help strengthen internal processes while serving as a key partner to company leadership. Controller Responsibilities Lead and mentor accounting team members across AP, AR, and general accounting functions Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Oversee financial reporting and account reconciliations Perform and review intercompany reconciliations Manage foreign currency transactions and exchange rate accounting Ensure accurate cash, balance sheet, and income statement reporting Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures Collaborate with leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements Drive process improvements and increased use of ERP functionality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong SAP experience is a MUST Experience managing month-end close Knowledge of intercompany accounting and reconciliations Understanding of foreign currency transactions and exchange rates Strong analytical and problem-solving skills #LI-MS4 #
