Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping our financial strategy, strengthening internal controls, improving business processes, and providing the insights that help guide executive decision-making. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing manufacturing organization where your expertise and ideas matter. What You'll Do Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close activities while ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and executive reporting. Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including oversight of audits, tax filings, treasury, cash management, fixed assets, and capital expenditures. Partner with operations and executive leadership to provide financial analysis, cost accounting, inventory management, job costing, and variance reporting that drive profitability, operational excellence, and informed business decisions. Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and operational performance. Lead finance-related ERP enhancements and ensure accounting systems effectively support manufacturing and production operations. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of
