Job Description
Due to company growth, our client is adding an Assistant Controller / Controller to work directly alongside the CFO. This newly created position will support accounting, finance, payroll, HR, banking, financial reporting, and month-end close activities while helping build processes and scale the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO to support the Accounting and Finance department.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support payroll, HR administration, and banking functions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
- Support audits, compliance efforts, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with project and operational teams.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
