CONTROLLER

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy of financial statements, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insight to support business growth. Pay Rate $110,000-$120,000 depending on experience Schedule and Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Controller Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable financial regulations Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Coordinate audits and work with external auditors and tax advisors Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership Supervise and mentor accounting staff (if applicable) Controller Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 3+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Job Type Full-time, temporary Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligiblecontingent and temporary associates.
