Responsibilities Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management, and banking relationships Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions Monitor inventory valuation, manufacturing costs, and profitability reporting Develop and enhance reporting processes using Excel and company ERP/accounting systems Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning initiatives Supervise one accounting team member responsible for AP, AR, and HR administration Assist with process improvements and strengthen financial controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation Experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, or a related environment strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation of exported data Ability to work independently and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Experience with QuickBooks Online, ERP systems, or JobBOSS is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
