Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to maintain precise financial records.
• Coordinate and execute wire transfers and payment setups for organizational transactions.
• Administer 401k or RRSP accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper documentation.
• Conduct detailed account analysis and ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Implement and monitor accrual accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording of accrued expenses.
• Review revenues and expenses to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement.
• Ensure compliance with established accounting standards and organizational policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting entries to support monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
