Responsibilities Oversee and supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. Prepare financial statements and analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Assist with tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations Help with budgeting and forecasting, and report any variances to management Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and maintain accurate account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Work with auditors and provide any information for the annual audit Prepare regulatory reports in accordance with governmental requirements and non-profit accounting standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of experience as a Controller Strong financial software experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Detail-oriented and great problem-solving skills #indal
