Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, payroll) Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships Monitor financial performance and provide insights to leadership

Systems & Process Oversight:

Manage and optimize ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Quickbooks Enterprise) Ensure data integrity across financial and operational systems Lead process improvements for efficiency and scalability Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and

HR Direct Sales-Specific Responsibilities:

Commission Verification:

Validate accuracy of commission calculations based on compensation plan rules Reconcile commission payouts to sales data and rank/qualification criteria Audit overrides, bonuses, and multi-level payouts for accuracy Partner with IT/comp plan providers to ensure system logic is correct

Contest & Incentive Oversight:

Verify eligibility and qualification for contests, trips, and incentives Audit performance metrics (volume, rank advancement, enrollment, etc.) Ensure clear documentation and financial accruals for incentive programs Identify discrepancies or manipulation risks in qualification data

Risk & Compliance:

Monitor for fraud, gaming of the system, or policy violations within the field Ensure compliance with direct selling regulations and internal policies Support legal/HR in resolving disputes related to commissions or incentives

Leadership & Communication:

Lead and develop accounting team Provide clear financial reporting and insights to executive leadership Translate complex financial and commission structures into understandable terms Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and CFO on financial strategy Located in Nixa, MO - Compensation based on experience and skills.
