Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in Fenton seeking a full-time Controller. The Controller must possess strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Controller Responsibilities:

• Own and actively perform all core accounting functions
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements
• Oversee and process payroll
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable operations

Controller Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of full cycle accounting with multi-entity experience
