Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations:

Manage the full accounting cycle including month-end close, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

Lead financial reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support business decisions and compliance.

Manage budgeting and forecasting:

Drive budget vs actual analysis and support strategic planning to align with growth targets.

Coordinate audit and compliance:

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and lead external audit processes.

Optimize systems and processes:
