Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Finance Director to join our team. As a key finance partner to the Food Colors North America business unit, you will play a critical role in driving change and transformation, along with driving profitability, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making that impacts both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. This position requires strong collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure financial transparency, operational efficiency, and disciplined execution. What you'll do: Act as the senior finance partner to plant and business unit leadership, driving transformation, financial strategy, performance management, and decision support within a manufacturing environment Lead all core cost accounting activities, including standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives Own the monthly close process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting aligned with corporate governance and accounting standards Direct annual operating planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial targets and business strategy Partner closely with operations and cross-functional leadership to analyze performance, improve profitability, and influence operational decision-making Ensure financial integrity through oversight of balance sheet controls, reserves, accruals, internal controls, and support of capital investment planning and execution What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Certified Public Accountant designation strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic business partner to operations and influence cross-functional leaders through financial insight and analysis Extensive experience in cost accounting within complex manufacturing environments with strong command of standard costing and inventory systems Prior leadership experience in plant controlling, business unit finance, or equivalent operational finance roles with increasing scope and responsibility Deep expertise in month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within a high-volume manufacturing setting Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including inventory valuation, production costs, and operational financial drivers What you'll get High-impact leadership role with direct influence on profitability, operational performance, and strategic financial outcomes within a global organization Exposure to complex, large-scale manufacturing operations and enterprise-level decision-making Close partnership with plant leadership and corporate finance teams in a highly collaborative, performance-driven environment Opportunity to lead and shape capital investment initiatives and drive process improvement and operational efficiency efforts Career development opportunities within a global organization committed to innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
