Interim Director of Finance/Controller

Job Notes:

Client switched to Workday at the end of 2023. This DOF will maintain the controls and the precision, can't afford to let it slip - they need to understand internal controls. Willing to get into the minutiae; this position will need some forensic accounting and accountability. Recently hired a Manager of Finance and fully staffed with financial analysts, they need a strategic director to come in and assist with vision of the department. One of the prime directives is to have oversight/knowledge of both systems, Epic and Workday, so reporting is easier.

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, ideally in senior role. Proficiency in HRIS software. Finance background in a healthcare setting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Tentative Compensation Plan:

13-week contract with opportunity to extend W-2

Pay:

$3,700 - 3,800/wk., Paid Weekly Paid Housing 2 Round Trip Flights Home per Month 2 Paid Travel Days per Month Rental Car Benefits to include Medical, Dental/Vision, and Life - available day one of contract at no cost
