- The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director serves as the organization's lead resource for budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and operational financial planning.
This position partners closely with senior leaders, department directors, and the Finance team to develop the annual operating and capital budgets, monitor financial performance, forecast organizational results, and provide actionable financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The FP&A Director is responsible for building and maintaining financial models, developing forecasting processes, facilitating budget reviews with department leadership, and preparing monthly management reporting packages. The position serves as a financial consultant to operational leaders, helping them understand financial results, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across the organization. This role works collaboratively with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Human Resources, Grants, and Operational Leadership to ensure financial data is accurate, meaningful, and aligned with organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred;
Experience:
Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or healthcare finance; Experience supporting multi-department budgeting processes; Healthcare, FQHC, non-profit, or multi-site organization experience preferred; Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership and non-financial audiences;
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Experience with budgeting and forecasting software; Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to influence and build relationships across departments; Knowledge of healthcare financial reporting and performance metrics; Strong project management and organizational skills.

Salary Range:
$111,854.00
