Description and Requirements This position will support Lenovo's Segment and Channel leader under the Services and Solutions Group, reporting to the SSG Finance Consolidation unit. The position will require you to work in a cross functional environment in worldwide setting. This is a fast-paced position with leadership exposure for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.What You'll Do:
P&L & Financial Management:
Own the end-to-end P&L for all Segments and Channels, monitoring revenue, costs, and segment margin optimization.Forecasting & Budgeting:
Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting cycles. Ensure alignment on strategy and execution with business and extended finance members. Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast vs. Budget) to track business performanceBusiness Analytics & Advisory:
Translate complex financial data into forward-looking advice, working closely with sales, operations, and product teams to drive strategic decisions.Executive Partner Management:
Prepare and present executive packages to Finance and Business partnersInvestment Cases Review Qualifications:
Demonstrated Financial acumen with controllership experience within the IT, technology, or managed services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate global calls. Bachelor's degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management 10+ years of hands-on Finance experience Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomouslyBasic Requirements:
