Controller | $110,000-$160,000 We're looking for an experienced Controller to oversee our accounting operations and help support the company's continued growth. This role will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cash flow, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while partnering with leadership on financial strategy. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance Lead and support the accounting team Provide financial insight to company leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with accounting software and financial systems CPA preferred but not required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills To apply, call Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, at 701-297-8800
