Dirt Dynamics LLC is seeking a Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our growing company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and overall financial strategy.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor cash flow and financial projections Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred 3+ years of experience in a financial management role Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
