As Financial Controller, you'll partner closely with senior finance leadership, oversee core accounting functions, and help strengthen reporting, controls, and processes. What You Will Do Lead monthly and year-end close processes and oversee accurate financial reporting. Manage core accounting activities, including general ledger, job costing, revenue recognition, AP, and AR. Review project financials, budgets, billings, and revenue recognition calculations. Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes. Provide leadership and guidance to accounting team members while partnering with operations and senior leadership. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting . 5+ years of construction accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, construction accounting, and job costing. Previous accounting management and/or supervisory experience. CPA designation preferred; CMA, CCIFP, or an advanced degree is also beneficial. The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, profit sharing, or other compensation.
