This isn't a "sit back and review" type of Controller role; this is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, get-it-done environment and enjoys being in the details while also driving improvements and being a true collaborator. What You'll Be Doing Own the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities Lead and mentor a team across AP, AR, payroll, and staff accounting Oversee month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting efforts Drive improvements in processes, reporting, and internal controls Partner closely with operations and leadership to support business decisions Navigate job costing, inventory, and intercompany activity Be a key voice in preparing the organization for future leadership transition

What They're Looking For Must-Haves:

Proven leadership experience within an accounting function Strong Excel skills and overall technical accounting foundation Confident communicator who can work across all levels of the organization

Nice-to-Haves:
