Job Description:

Responsibilities Lead the financial operations for a business unit, ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial controls. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including account reconciliations and financial analysis. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making. Partner with operational leaders to monitor performance, manage costs, and improve profitability. Prepare and review financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Support internal controls, audit requests, and ongoing process improvement initiatives. Maintain the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of financial information. Assist with special projects and other finance-related initiatives as needed. Qualifications Preferably have experience with SAP software Leadership/Management experience. 5-10 years of experience in financial or accounting roles Construction accounting experience Pay range and compensation package $150k-$165k
