Controller Our client is seeking a Controller for their team! You'll help strengthen the close process, improve reporting, support job cost visibility, and work closely with finance and operations to support strategic decision-making. This full-time, direct-hire role is perfect for a hands-on professional with project-based accounting experience in a multi-entity environment. Responsibilities of the Controller Own the monthly close and consolidation across four entities Ensure job cost integrity and margin analysis across all projects Perform intercompany accounting between companies, which subcontract work to one another Prepare financial reporting Manage internal controls, Sage Intacct administration, and the accounting side of BuildOps Perform additional tasks as required Qualifications of the Controller Bachelors degree in accounting or finance 7+ years in accounting, with real ownership of a close in a multi-entity environment Project-based accounting experience in construction, specialty contracting, industrial services, or manufacturing Ability to remain effective through system changes, shifting priorities, and evolving customer requirements Sage Intacct experience is a real plus Please share your resume in confidence for this Controller opportunity offering $90K-$120K/year, DOE.
