Mechanicsburg, PAWe are partnering with a client to hire for an Assistant Controller to support daily accounting operations and assist in leading the accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accountant with strong Excel skills and an interest in process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with cash forecasting, reconciliations, and weekly financial reportingMaintain fixed assets, inventory, and construction-in-process accountsPrepare tax filings and support external auditsAssist with internal controls and process improvementsSupervise and support accounting staff as needed
