This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to make a high-impact contribution in a dynamic environment. The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable regulations. The Controller will play a key role in strategic decision-making and partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance. This Controller position offers visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build and optimize processes.
Salary Range:
$160,000 – $180,000 + 10-15% bonus
Responsibilities:
Lead all day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements and provide insight to executive leadership Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff Partner cross-functionally to support operational and financial goals
Qualifications:
CPA •
MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience improving processes and implementing efficiencies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment This Controller role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in accounting operations.
