Institutional Asset Management Florham Park, NJ | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Our client is an equity investment firm managing institutional assets for pension plans, endowments, and other institutional clients is hiring a Financial Controller to work directly alongside the CFO. This is a lean organization - the role is hands-on and broad by design, meant to take work directly off the CFO's plate rather than sit within a large, specialized finance department. Key Responsibilities Support the CFO on forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis Assist with daily operational tasks, client deliverables, and onboarding new client mandates Manage accounting functions including bookkeeping, accounting systems, and vendor relationships Assist in preparing tax returns and internal/external financial statements under GAAP Maintain accurate reporting on firm performance, AUM tracking, and management/incentive fee calculations Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Portfolio Management on investment mandate reporting Oversee vendor relationships in fund administration, audit, and tax Support client and regulatory reporting (Form ADV, Form
