This role is responsible for driving organizational performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting long-term operational and financial sustainability. The VP will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen organizational performance, and ensure alignment across operations, compliance, and long-term business objectives. Job Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans Oversee performance improvement, compliance, accreditation, and risk management Lead internal audits and ensure regulatory readiness Support policy development to improve operational efficiency and service quality Assist HR with corporate compliance, training, and policy adherence Participate in union/labor relations, including contract support and grievance resolution Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and public forums Chair Safety & Risk Management initiatives and review incident reporting Contribute to budgeting and financial planning efforts Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field 10+ years of experience in healthcare or mental health administration 5+ years in senior leadership Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and community-based healthcare systems Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay:
