Job Description:
CONTROLLER
| $150K-$180K +15% Bonus | South Jersey I'm working with a well-established and growing company that is looking to add a Controller to its leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant exposure to executive leadership and ownership. The Controller will oversee the accounting function while helping improve financial reporting, cash flow, processes, and overall financial visibility.

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Previous Controller or senior accounting leadership experience Experience managing and developing an accounting team Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience Experience with budgeting and forecasting Strong understanding of AR, AP, billing, cash flow, and working capital Advanced Excel and strong accounting/ERP systems experience Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style Strong communication and analytical skills
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports directly to the senior executive overseeing Accounting and Finance and will have regular interaction with company ownership.
