We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead corporate accounting operations and provide clear financial insight that supports strategic decision-making. Based in New Jersey, this position oversees global close and consolidation activities, strengthens reporting processes, and helps build the financial foundation for continued growth. The ideal candidate combines deep accounting expertise with a practical, hands-on approach and can translate complex results into actionable guidance for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the accounting organization, including team leadership, performance oversight, coaching, and resource planning to support both immediate priorities and long-term business goals.
  • Oversee the month-end close process and global financial consolidation to ensure accurate, timely reporting across U.S. and international entities.
  • Review financial results in detail, identify underlying drivers of performance, and investigate material fluctuations, trends, and unusual items.
  • Deliver monthly reporting packages and analysis that compare actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders and business partners to evaluate performance, improve profitability, and support sound operational decisions.
  • Contribute to the planning cycle by supporting annual budgets, rolling forecasts, reforecasts, and cash planning activities.
  • Help define and enhance key performance indicators and management reporting tools used across the organization.
  • Monitor applicable accounting guidance and lead the assessment, interpretation, and implementation of policy updates where needed.
