WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Full month-end close
• P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• accurate and on time, every time
• Job cost accounting and project-level margin visibility across every job
• Cash flow management, proactive forecasting, and tight budgeting controls
• AP/AR, payroll, tax compliance, banking relationships, and insurance programs
• Financial controls, ERP/software improvements, and scalable reporting systems
• Real estate financial management across commercial and residential holdings
• A lean accounting team
• and full accountability for what they produce

WHO YOU ARE

• CPA or CMA with a Bachelor's in Accounting (strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience, with 4+ years as Controller or equivalent
• Proven in construction, remodeling, or project-based businesses at $30M
• 50M+
• QuickBooks power user; Salesforce, Sage, or Procore experience a strong plus
• A builder
• you improve systems, not just maintain them
• Someone who runs toward complexity and owns it without hand-holding
