Know Your Team:
Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community. Responsibilities The Finance Director is a strategic and tactical management position responsible for serving administrative leadership and is involved in most aspects of operations, primarily financial performance.
Qualifications Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. 5+ years of experience of progressive management experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or audit. Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills, and strategic and critical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations for senior leaders. Expert-level knowledge and aptitude in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Sound experience in GAAP, internal accounting controls, research/grant accounting, and patient care regulations. #LI-KS1
