Job Description
Corporate Controller FINE Entertainment Management - Las Vegas, NV FINE Entertainment Management is a Las Vegas-based hospitality company operating a growing portfolio of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the Las Vegas Valley. We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple operating entities and support the financial strategy of a dynamic, growth-oriented hospitality organization with a strong emphasis on gaming compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting executive leadership with actionable financial insight. The Controller will work closely with executive leadership and oversee the accounting team responsible for financial reporting across multiple restaurant and bar operations with gaming revenue, inventory, and multi-entity accounting structures. Key Responsibilities Financial Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and financial reporting Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple legal entities Produce accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reporting Ensure financial data integrity across accounting systems and operational platforms Hospitality & Operational Finance Oversee accounting related to restaurant operations, gaming revenue, inventory, and multi-location cost centers Develop and monitor venue-level financial performance metrics Partner with operations leaders to analyze labor, food cost, beverage cost, and profitability Support financial oversight of new venue openings and operational initiatives Controls, Compliance & Risk Establish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures Ensure compliance with GAAP, gaming regulations, tax reporting requirements, and regulatory standards Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting Implement loss-prevention controls and financial risk mitigation practices Team Leadership Lead and develop the corporate accounting team Improve processes, workflows, and reporting systems to increase efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with HR, payroll, operations, and executive leadership on financial planning and reporting Strategic Support Support executive leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Provide financial insight to support growth, acquisitions, and operational improvements Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making Qualifications Required 8+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting leadership role 2+ years of experience with gaming accounting operations, compliance, and reporting required. Hospitality or restaurant experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing multi-entity or multi-location accounting Preferred Experience with restaurant POS, inventory systems, and operational financial reporting Experience with Paycom payroll integration or similar systems Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise Key Competencies Financial leadership and operational insight Process improvement and systems thinking High attention to detail and financial accuracy Strong communication with both financial and operational leaders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
