Type:

full-time Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, multi-entity organization to hire a Financial Controller. This highly visible role will oversee accounting operations across multiple business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective management of day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities. Oversee financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity. Manage and develop accounting staff while providing hands-on leadership and support. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Partner with ownership and operational leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights. Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency across the accounting function. Support audit, tax, cash management, and budgeting activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Progressive accounting experience with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Experience in a multi-entity environment strongly preferred. Manufacturing, distribution, construction, dealerships, or similarly complex environment preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and operational accounting. Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in daily accounting activities. CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus. Salary Range:
