Assistant Controller Salary:

- Lead and develop a seasoned accounting team while strengthening internal controls Key Responsibilities for the
Assistant Controller:
- Manage and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and key balance sheet accounts
- Ensure consistent application of
U.S. GAAP
across multiple legal entities- Serve as internal owner of all tax matters, coordinating with external advisors
- Act as primary liaison with external auditors and support audit deliverables
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the accounting team Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity U.S. operations
- Proven experience with sales & use tax across multiple U.S. jurisdictions
- Background in transportation, logistics, fleet-based, or services environments #LI-JT1 #
