Job Description
Join a global team driving product strategy, innovation, and governance for Agency Securities Finance (ASF), delivering differentiated client solutions and ensuring the platform evolves in line with market structure, counterparty requirements, and regulatory change. With over 120 global clients, ASF offers a comprehensive suite of agency lending, secured financing, and related services that help institutional clients generate incremental income and optimize funding and collateral usage. As a Vice President within ASF Product Management, you will lead the delivery, governance, and growth agenda for the ASF product platform across the Western Hemisphere - Americas (WHEM) region. You will set priorities across a portfolio of initiatives, own senior stakeholder engagement, and partner closely with Trading, Client Coverage, Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Tax to drive execution-grounded in data, market insight, and a robust risk and control framework. This role is based in New York. Job responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day product management across WHEM, including governance, change delivery, and operating cadence; drive prioritization and escalation as needed
- Own monitoring of regulatory and market developments; lead business impact assessments and coordinate cross-functional response plans and timelines
- Define and execute the WHEM product roadmap, including short- and long-term enhancements, expansion opportunities, and capability build aligned to client needs, counterparty dynamics, and competitive/regulatory frameworks
- Own internal governance and approval processes for product launches and enhancements; lead preparation of senior forum materials, steer approvals, and ensure end-to-end implementation readiness
- Drive commercialization strategy by shaping client-facing positioning, product narratives, and internal enablement materials in partnership with Sales and Coverage
- Provide concise, executive-level updates and decision materials for senior management; manage communications and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Lead cross-functional delivery squads across Trading, Sales, Client Coverage, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Tax; ensure clear accountability, milestones, and delivery outcomes
- Embed strong risk management and controls into product design and delivery; ensure issues are identified early, documented, and remediated appropriately Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, securities finance, securities lending, secured funding, or markets-related roles
- Strong understanding of securities finance market structure, key participants, and lifecycle (front-to-back) considerations
- Demonstrated ability to translate client and market needs into a prioritized roadmap and measurable delivery outcomes
