Controller:

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning activities. Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial reporting processes. Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability. Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proven experience building processes, improving efficiencies, and supporting company growth. Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. CPA or CMA designation preferred.
