Controller $120,000-$145,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits Columbus, OH Are you an experienced Controller with a background in manufacturing or industrial environments looking to step into a high-impact leadership role with strong operational involvement? In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance operations, manage a small accounting team, and take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, cashflow reporting, audit processes, and financial reporting. You'll also play a key role in streamlining systems and improving internal controls across the business. This role would suit a hands-on Controller with manufacturing or cost accounting experience who enjoys working closely with operations and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Candidate:

Controller or senior finance leadership experience Manufacturing or industrial background preferred Strong GAAP accounting knowledge Leadership/people management experience
