Controller Location :
On Site inCuyahoga Falls, OH Schedule :
Monday –Friday Salary :

Controller:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Manage and lead the month-end and year-end close processes
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency Qualifications of a
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and processes
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills EB-1537658868
