Onsite Salary:

$120,000 – $150,000 A well‑established manufacturing company is seeking a hands‑on, forward‑thinking Controller to oversee all financial operations for its Dayton plant. This leadership role carries full ownership of plant‑level financials, team supervision, and the accuracy of monthly reporting. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and enjoys leading both people and processes. This is a full-time onsite role with a salary upwards to $150,000. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities for the Dayton plant – budgeting forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing direction, support, and performance management
• Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Direct and review cost accounting functions, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting
• Prepare, analyze, and present plant‑level financial statements to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting workflows, strengthen reporting, and drive process improvements
• Partner closely with plant operations and corporate finance to ensure alignment between financial results and operational performance Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
• Prior Controller‑level experience required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems
