• Our client, an International Manufacturing company, has a Controller opening! This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting for multiple entities, budgeting support, consolidations, and foreign currency activities while leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals. Responsibilities
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for three entities
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial statements
• Prepare timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
• Perform budget-to-actual analysis and provide financial insights to leadership
• Manage consolidations across multiple entities
• Oversee foreign currency exchange accounting and related transactions
• Calculate and maintain overhead and labor rates within the manufacturing environment
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance metrics
• Assist with cash flow management and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Requirements Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• Experience within a mid-size to large size manufacturing company required
• International accounting experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• ERP system experience required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
