Vice President Posted on June 9, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across key areas of the business. This high-level role plays a critical part in shaping company direction, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in executive leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Position Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute company-wide strategies in alignment with long-term business objectives Provide direction to department leaders to ensure execution of goals and KPIs Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and areas for expansion Operational Oversight Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and process consistency Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and HR Implement policies and systems that support performance improvement and scalability Team Development Mentor and guide senior leaders and department heads Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Lead recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across departments Financial Management Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Prerequisites Significant executive leadership experience, ideally as Vice President or in a similar role Strong background in operations, business strategy, and team management Proven ability to lead in dynamic, high-growth environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) MBA or equivalent advanced degree Executive leadership or business strategy certifications Lean, Six Sigma, or project management credentials What the Role Offers Competitive salary range: $190,000 - $210,000 annually 25% perm placement fee Executive-level role with influence over company direction and growth Opportunity to work with a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership team Full benefits package, incentive-based compensation, and long-term career growth Why Dover?
