Controller:

Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Manage project accounting, job costing, and construction contract financials. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts across projects and operations. Strengthen internal controls, compliance processes, and financial reporting accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience with construction accounting expertise.
