Job Description
Overview Multi-Site Finance Controller Fostoria, OH & East Stroudsburg, PA Morgan Advanced Materials has been around a long time, but what they do is very current. They design and manufacture advanced materials used in everything from electric vehicles to energy infrastructure.
This role sits at the heart of two manufacturing sites. You'll be the person who makes sure the numbers are right, but more importantly, that they're understood and used to drive better decisions. The role You'll take full ownership of finance across both sites, working closely with plant leadership and the global finance team.
It's a mix of reporting, control, and hands-on business partnering. You'll be just as comfortable closing the books as you are challenging assumptions or helping improve operational performance. Responsibilities Key responsibilities Run monthly close and ensure accurate, on-time IFRS reporting Manage budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis Lead internal controls and ensure audit readiness (and fix gaps when they appear) Partner with plant leaders to support decision-making and improve results Drive working capital, cash flow, and cost control across both sites Lead internal and external audit activity, closing out findings properly Oversee ERP systems and support improvements or integration work Build, lead, and develop a high-performing site finance team Manage capex tracking, approvals, and reporting Work with other sites to share and implement better ways of doing things Qualifications About you / what you'll bring 8+ years in accounting or finance, ideally within manufacturing Experience leading a plant finance function and managing a team Strong grounding in IFRS, controls, and audit processes Comfortable working in a global, matrix setup (and navigating it without drama) A genuine business partner — you don't just report numbers, you question them Strong systems and Excel skills Able to balance detail with the bigger picture Reliable, organised, and someone others trust to get things done What you'll get A visible role with real impact on site performance Direct access to operations leaders and global finance The chance to improve processes, not just maintain them A stable, global business with plenty of scope to make your mark Competitive salary and benefits (base salary range $130-$150k + 30% max bonus) If this sounds like you, apply now.
