Key Responsibilities Manage month-end and year-end close processes Prepare accurate financial statements and management report Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules Lead job costing and manufacturing cost analysis Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Maintain strong internal controls and support audits Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong understanding of job costing, financial reporting, and
