Corporate Controller-Hotel (Multi-Property)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Corporate Controller with 3+ years of hotel accounting experience, including multi-property oversight and hands-on experience with Inn-Flow or similar hospitality accounting systems.

Position Overview:

As Corporate Controller, you'll lead the financial operations of a growing portfolio of hotel properties. Key responsibilities include processing payroll, paying invoices, procurement and HR management . You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial efficiency across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting using Inn-Flow across all properties Process payroll, pay vendor invoices, franchise bills, and property taxes File local, state, and federal taxes in compliance with deadlines Complete month-end close and financial reporting Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports Review P&L statements and ensure financial accuracy Partner with GMs and ownership on strategy and performance Lead audits and support external financial reviews Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

3+ years in hotel accounting, including multi-property experience Proficient in Inn-Flow or similar systems (e.g., M3, Sage, QuickBooks) Strong knowledge of payroll, AP, tax filing, and franchise finance Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and team-focused Why Join Us?
