15+ years' of accounting and finance in manufacturing
7+ years managerial/supervisory (public or private financial management)
In-depth knowledge of GAAP including financial statements, forecasts, and reporting
Long and short-term financial strategy and technical planning to ensure financial growth
Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability and empowerment
Act as a key financial leader and advisor to C-level executives and operations
