Controller:

Supervise and support accounting staff, including accounts payable/receivable and grant accountants. Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, including allowable costs, reporting deadlines, and fund restrictions. Oversee daily operations and lead timely, accurate month-end and year-end closings. Prepare and review internal financial statements, grant-specific reports, and funder-required documentation. Collaborate with program leaders to ensure financial processes support mission delivery while meeting strict compliance and audit standards. Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a non-profit or grant-funded organization
