growing organization is seeking an experienced Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis while partnering closely with executive leadership and key business functions. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic finance leader who can turn financial data into actionable business insights.

What You'll Do:

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions Partner with senior leadership and department leaders on financial strategy Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis Lead and develop the FP&A function and drive process improvements Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 7+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial leaders Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills MBA, CPA, or other advanced certification is a plus Interested?
