Controller Career Employment Service | Bartlesville Area Position Summary Career Employment Service is seeking an experienced Controller for an opportunity in the Bartlesville area. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the organization's financial performance. Key Responsibilities Process payroll and maintain payroll records Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements Oversee cyclical billing processes Process accounts payable and vendor payments Prepare and file sales tax reports Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and other accounting functions as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent accounting experience required Previous accounting and financial management experience Experience with payroll, general ledger accounting, sales tax, vendor payments, and financial statement preparation Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, including
