This position is responsible for the following main duties:
FINANCIAL ONTROLLER
leads the financial process of the plant.This position is responsible for the following main duties:
- Lead financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely data management for the manufacturingfacility
- Manage financial reporting for all functional areas including Production, Purchasing, and Sales
- Ensure controls support safeguarding company assets and providing accurate financial records.
- Perform balance sheet reviews, inventory and ledger reporting.
- Coordinate the periodic reporting of financial and operating results looking for opportunities to improveprofitability.
- Manage the cost accounting system.
- Ad hoc projects and reporting.
- 10 years of related experience in financial analysis, reporting and accounting leadership for a small or large business, preferably in manufacturingStrong track record of implementing internal controls and assimilating, educating and implementing cost accounting in amanufacturing environment
- A strong aptitude in financial analysis, as well as a technical foundation in accounting
- Experience leading diverse global financial consolidations in an accurate and timely manner
- Outstanding communication and, interpersonal skills
