Job Description
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role serves as their key business partner and oversees a team of 2-5 direct reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; aerospace, automotive, or similar industries are ideal. Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting. Advanced Excel and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentation decks. Present financial results and business insights to executive leadership. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations. Manage and develop a small finance team. #OISP1 RM
