Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Controller - Tulsa, OK NOW CFO, established in 2005, is a "roll-up our sleeves" full-service consulting firm focused on providing outsourced CFO, Controller, accounting, and finance solutions. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who step in to solve complex accounting and financial challenges for companies across a variety of industries. We are seeking a full-time Local Controller to join our Tulsa team. This individual will support multiple clients across the area, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience within manufacturing environments .
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and inventory processes Identify client challenges and proactively recommend solutions Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and technical accounting documentation Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within scope Maintain a strong understanding of client organizations, processes, and internal controls Lead client meetings, presentations, and assist with proposal development Manage multiple client engagements, relationships, and special projects simultaneously Oversee billing and ensure appropriate realization on client work Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff Foster a collaborative, positive team environment Support process improvements, particularly within manufacturing and operational workflows Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate) Manufacturing experience strongly preferred , including exposure to cost accounting and inventory management Experience working with multiple clients or entities is a plus Strong ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
